There's no quick-fix to whatever you change you’re longing for. Self-compassion and acceptance of your current state is always key in any process and will help you in supporting yourself to more freedom in the body and mind. โฃ

We don't want to aim for cathartic releases in breathwork sessions, as social media sometimes seems to portray it: The aim is to meet you, your body and nervous system wherever you are right now. Feeling into the body and your breathing pattern, and gently with the right guidance in touch and words, support you to more freedom. If that involves an emotional release, wonderful, but we don’t mark it as the accomplishment of the session. Also knowing that the session works on a deeper subconscious level, even after the session. โฃ

If you’re experiencing heightened states of stress, and you’re doing all the calming breathwork exercises, but they bring you the opposite of calm, no worries, ๐ข๐ญ’๐ฌ ๐จ๐ค ๐ญ๐จ ๐ฅ๐๐ญ ๐ ๐จ ๐๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐๐๐๐ก ๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐ข๐๐๐๐ซ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐ฆ๐จ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ ๐ญ๐ข๐ฆ๐ ๐๐๐ข๐ง๐ . And in this way start building more safety in the body.
